    I used to get pretty liquored up on the way back from American Legion games on the road. I have no idea how widespread the practice was though.

    Kinda rare when I played although I've played with players who did it.
    Kriotin(SP?) got big when Mcguire and Sosa were battling for the HR crown and record.
    There was a guy I played with in the Reds organization that was a docile 165 at the end of our season.
    He came back to spring training at 205 and was cocky as the university of SC.

    wonder why juan gonzalez hasnt come up in the scandal. Dude put 40 lbs of pure muscle during one off season.

    Has anyone noticed how small Sosa has became. Makes it kinda obvious i think. This is not just in MLB. I bet there were 4-5 on every college baseball team if not more.
