I being a NPRC (None Practicing Roman Catholic) can vouch for mass hypnosis. The only think keeping me from a solid hour of sleep every Sunday morning was having to stand and kneel when appropriate. :D

Man, the first thing you've posted that I've agreed with since I've been on the board. Cool. I think we're bonding!

no, they don't all act like women.

what i said was that they are more open with their emotions -- they don't hide them like guys. just telling someone what you think about them isn't being emotionally open.

it's a fun show to watch.

I'll bet you would be surprised at how many gay friends you have and don't know it.

    you are right.
I have no problem with gays. Our controller at work is, and he is cool as hell. But, I have never met a "masculine" gay guy. Every gay guy I have known is on the fem side and would rather talk to a group of women than men. I just saw Larry's point that gay guys show their feelings more, and equated that to being feminine. Same thing with lesbians. I have never actually met a feminine lesbian, most of them are on the butch side. Anyway, I dont aspire to act like a gay guy on the tv show and express more feelings to others. If I care about someone, I let it be known in different ways besides telling them. Maybe I'll cut my in-laws grass, or help a friend when he needs it, etc.
