    99 was one of Bline's best years. He threw for 4400 yards and 36 touchdowns and went to the probowl. Peete had one of his best in 2002 and got about half of those numbers. Bline is going to start next year for the Broncos in all likelihood. There is no comparision between Bline and Peete. Peete was probably the worst starting QB in the NFL last year. Wesley Walls, Mushin Muhamed, and Donald Hayes were stars when Bline was here. They all look average to poor without him.
