Let me rephrase "alot" to "some". I have seen products that have creatine as one of many ingredients.

I prefer mine that comes in a small packet that you mix in a blender with ice and water....its a powder type material....dont do the mansauce type proteins...all natural shit never works anyway.

why don't you guys just buy a big container of protein....5 lbs will cost you about $25?....usually over 60 servings depending on the manufacturer.

Another good place is National Discount Nutriton in Pineville. It's next to the Food Lion over by Carolina Place Mall. They've got internet prices on most stuff and they have a clearance shelf where things with dented containers and other defects are sold real cheap. Yesterday, I bout 4 pounds of Designer Whey's Glycerean protein for $20...about $45 value.

Getting a good protein powder seems to be pretty easy. What is a good supplement to add to smoothies that provides more then just protein?

I mix proteins. Whey protein gets into your blood real quick but is gone in two hours. I mix one scoop of whey with one scoop of soy and one scoop of egg proteins. This helps keep protein in your blood for over 4 hours. Soy also has some strong anti oxident characterists. If I'm on a creatine cycle I'll add that. A large dose of an amino acid called glutamine is often recommended. When I'm not on a low carb day, I'll add a scoop of a low glyco carb powder as well.

I tried a Vanilla BetaStatin-WPI2 shake last night. This shit was one of the best high protien meal replacement drinks I have ever had. (I've tried about 6-7 different ones). It is Instantized - mixes in seconds.

The only down side for me was that it contained Aspartame, something I try to stay away from if given a choice.

3 different nutrition experts have told me it has the best blend of Carbs.

Its not for losing weight but it is suppose to for stimulating dramatic increases in Strength, Endurance & Muscle Mass, Increased Nitrogen retention, significant increases in Cell Volumization.

I'll probably just drink 1 a day and hour or so before excersice.
