    Can a huge shit cause an enlarged prostate gland to leak? Does it have to be enlarged to leak?

    Well, let me clarify: Can a huge shit cause a person to press their prostate gland up against their cowper's et al glands, causing them to leak fluid while discarding bodily waste?
