    Wow, Va Tech crashed and burned, they may be in Charlotte for the tire bowl. However, I still can't believe TCU is above them after surviving against Houston, 62-55.

    what I hate about this is that if you lose a game early in the season, you climb back into it. You lose a game late in the season, and you are screwed

    I expect FSU to lose another game, but in all honesty their schedule hasn't been that tough this season. The only elite team they played beat them on their own field.

    I don't think FSU is the 3rd best team in the nation.

    I'd slot them at #8 in that list.

    Great article on ESPN about how FSU has basically no chance at the #2 ranking as long as Oklahoma wins out. Miami would have to lose twice for FSU to get ahead of them.
