Cut four extra large baking potatoes in half and add it to boiling water. after 20 minutes get them out and drain. refill with cold water and let them sit for ten minutes. Meanwhile, add 8 oz sour cream, 8 oz oz miracle whip, 8 oz of sweet pickel relish, a whole cut up onion, 3 cut-up hard boiled eggs, 2 healthy squirts of mustard, and 2 caps of vinegar to a bowl Stir it all up and stick in the fridge. Now peel them potatoes and cut them up in dice size pieces. Add everything together and add salt and pepper and let it sit in fridge overnight.

I love this stuff and even spread it on bread for sandwiches.

Sounds pretty good. I might use less onions, though. I don't really care for crunchiness in my tater salad.
