predictions going into conference play...

    We better be no worse than 8-3. Alabama and Syracuse losses are tolerable, as with one of RI or SIU, just one.

    After last season, I could even tolerate 7-4.........an unexpected "What the hell was that" game is always possible before conference play.

    If its 6-5 or worse, I think we'll be lucky to finish the season over .500.

    Unless its caused by major injury..........I'd expect Bobby to feel some heat if there are back-to-back sub .500 seasons.

    I think we'll beat Cincy at least once, Savio. But I do agree on the 19-8 mark - that's what my friend and I came up with yesterday when we were bored in history class.

    I also think we’re more likely to lose to Louisville than Marquette, but I think we’ll beat both.
