I don't think DeAngelo has suddenly become an ineffective runner - a couple times I had my binoculars right on the middle of the line and they were not moving ANYONE ANYWHERE. When DeAngelo tried the middle at all, there was usually a welcoming committee waiting. The few good runs anyone got was bouncing to the outside with no blocking ahead of them. I personally think our Oline stinks and it wouldn't help to have the greatest QB ever or the greatest RB ever back there right now.

I have been saying that for so many years I just stopped.

I got to see TB's first TD before I had to go out and I knew then it was not going to be a good day.

Yeah, Moore's been widly inaccurate in his two games thus far. Preseason as well. And its not the pressure. He had time to step up, scan, throw, and he just misses open guys.

I think Bernadeau won a strong man competition in 09. I don't know that strength is the issue, but I don't know what is.

yeah. Not to excuse the line, there were times they just got beaten. But Moore got fidgety too often without much pressure, and then would hold the ball on other plays.

That's the weird thing. I keep hearing how strong Bernadeau is, but he plays like he isn't. Gets blown up on pass pro, and doesn't really move anyone off the line on running plays. I don't get it. Is he just tentative? Lack the nasty streak that power rushing guards need to have?
