tuna salad, egg salad, ham salad, chicken salad...all very simple to make. you can have as a "salad" or sammich. some doritos/chips in a seperate bag, can of pop, a pickle spear and a few home made cookies.

marinate some chicken, cook it, cut it up and have on a salad w/ whatever else you like in there. bring your favorite dressing on the side.

i'll get hogie rolls, cut them in half, and toast....this all in the a.m. before leaving for the jive...put some sliced ham, turkey, chicken breast on there...lettuce and onion. wrap in foil and bring italian dressing bottle. the foil makes for a little, disposable "plate" wherever you decide to eat and the contents shouldnt get soggy. if you like tomatoes, you may want to pack them seperately and put them on right before you eat.

those little microwaveable cans of chef boyardee ravioli thingies arent too bad w/ a pb&j on the side...honey roasted peanut butter and blueberry preserves/jelly.....mmmmmmmmmmmmmm fuckin mmmmmmmmmmmm :agreed:

Flour toritilla (I like spinach or tomato)

Mix low fat cream cheese with a bit of dry ranch dressing
Spread on the tortilla like butter.

Lie a slice of thin deli meat and either sliced or shredded cheese.
    a few slices of

    A. Olives
    B. Mild Peppers
    C. spinach Leaves
    D. Thin tomato slice
    Anything you can think of.

Roll up into your own ROLL UP.. You can slice these if you'd like them to be pretty and bite size. Or just eat as it.

YOu can make up several ahead of time and wrap in saran wrap, they keep a good 4-5 days especially if you don't do the tomato
