damn the NFC sucks. I can't believe we're 3 games out of .500 and talking playoffs, and it's December.

And as bad as it's been for us with poor playing for a stretch and injuries, the only bright side for us in the post season IS that the NFC sucks.

But unfortunately it is all wishful thinking. It's a damn tall order for us to only lose one more game max this year, and we dang sure will get waxed the first WC game we play IF we play.

Since we lost to both Green Bay and Seattle, should we want both of them to win their division? That would leave St Louis and Minnesota as the wild cards. We beat St. Louis and and say Seattle gives Minnesota an extra loss, then the Panthers may be in the hunt. I think Arizona, NYG, TB will be out of the picture by next week.

Holt is going to get some numbers you'd think. I expect the Rams to play from behind. Brett's got more weapons, and Driver really isn't his #1 this year.

thanks. Odd having a choice into monday, but whatever. Honestly I just need five points over what Shaun McDonald gets which shouldn't be hard. If Hasselbeck had chipped in more than 5 points, or if Portis had given me anything, it wouldn't matter.

We need For Seattle to win the division, and we need to Beat St Louis for the tie breaker advantage. If we go head to head with Seattle in a WC tie breaker b/c the RAms win the division, we lose.

So, I think we want GB to win, and win the division. And I think we want Seattle to either win the division, or take a nose dive to avoid a tie breaker.

    Here's what's cool:

It's like the playoffs already. Every game is elimination. Each win, the excitement will grow. AND - other games, like tonight, suddenly matter alot.

AHHHH but it could all end Sunday. Or, not!

Fun - if we get to the WC, we'll have a chance at retribution. If GB and Seattle win, we'd have lost to the divisional winners in the NFC. And we'd certainly play one of them as a WC. So even if we don't get further than the 2nd round, beating someone we lost to, that'd be good. But that's running the table ATP.
