Plasma vs. LCD TVs

    is the room you are putting the tv in dark? I heard that plasma tv works better in room where you don't get a lot of glare and LCD's work better in rooms with a lot of light coming in.

    The prices have come down greatly. Thinking of getting a 50" for the living room. I have a plasma in my bedroom and the picture is awesome.

    Even the led lcd's cant sniff the refresh rate of a plasma.

    I think you had better read this about such "fast" refresh rates, and the 600 refresh rate of Plasma.

    A plasma diplay panel is type of flat panel display common to large TV displays 30 inches or larger. A liquid crystal display (LCD) is a flat panel display electronic visual display or video display that uses the light modulating properties of liquid crystals. LCs do not emit light directly.
