    I would visit other churches to get ideas on how they do praise & worship, take up the offering, sermon, church announcements, etc. . . . . See what type of activities they have outside of church during the week. I would go check out REVOLUTION CHURCH (Mint Hill or SE Charlotte location) or the one that meets at AMC-Northlake Mall on Sunday morning (grrrrrrr, I forgot the name of it . . . Pastor is a former Muslim . . He's been on INSP a few times & Danny Fontana's show).

    A lot of the major denominations actually train people to specialize as "church planters."
