    Much like the buyoff, I mean luck dook seems to get with refs on their side 95% of the games.

    True. I don't have much problem with those that actually went to the school they pull for. It's the other hanger's on that are annoying.

    This is such infantile reasoning. I "pull for" the schools I did go to, but my overriding loyalty is still to the same team I've pulled for since I was conscious enough of college athletics to support anyone. The idea that I am somehow not a "real fan" of a school because I didn't actually go there is ludicrous, especially when I've been cheering for that school for over twenty years. Maybe it's just me, but I kind of thought it would be best to choose a university based on the career I wanted to pursue rather than just so I could justify continuing to be a fan.
