I got one in my back, feels like someone jammed a knife into my shoulder blade...UGH.
This thing comes and goes from time to time. Flaired up on me last summer once, before that it was more frequent. Anybody know a good way to deal with these quickly?

Maybe you do have a knife in your shoulder. Have you checked?

I should have added, that I have a nasty sunburn and don't want to test the hot tub waters just yet. It's feeling alot better today. I think I just irritated it Sat working in the yard and then playing ball on Sunday really set it off.

AHHH! This week keeps getting better...I had planned to start doing some running this week, more sprints than jogging. SO yesterday morning I get home from work and head over to the track. Jog a lap, stretch, to some plyometrics and start on my sprints. The plan was to run 5 100's on tu-th this week and then add stuff to it each week.
So I get through the first 2 100's felling pretty good about my plan. Then half way through the 3rd my right hammy decides to tell me to fuck off. I am lucky I am not plucking crushed brick out of my knees, elbows and forehead.
Looks like I'll be in the hottub, sunburn or no sunburn!~ :banginghe
