    Someone mentioned this to me as a joke but I think it may be good to invrease my flexibility. Anyone know a good website with basic pilates info and instruction

    you can try certain types of Yoga too....don't laugh, alot of NFL players credit Yoga for helping them stay injury free.

    I'm not sure of the difference between the two other than the meditative yogic undertones. but I may go check out a book on one of these. Thanks :xyzthumbs:
