Anyone ever done pilates? I have been going twice a week for 3 weeks now and it ain't near as easy as it looks. But on the up side, I am getting my body in positions I nevvvvvver knew possible. (That should come in handy.) :D

My calf and thigh muscles are killing me most. Laying on my back and rolling back on my shoulders with my legs in the air is almost a natural position for me (long story), but this girl about killed me. It's a lot about balance, firming the stomach muscles and strengthing the muscles of the lower back. My classes are Wed and Thur nights and I almost dread it this week. I'm still sore from last week.

    How's it going Larry?

I spent 30 minutes last night on my head with my legs spread wide open while panting heavily and maintaining a neutral pelvis. I didn't even get a reach-around out of the deal. This class is gonna kill me!

not sure. we're doing winsor pilates -- she calls it your "powerhouse". we still haven't "started" yet. we just went through the first part of the tape that shows you the proper way to do the exercises.

    man, i still feel it.

this is going to be some good stuff.
