Phone Internet Data

    So I will just go ahead and admit I am smartphone/internet data illiterate. I have called my internet provider asking about data before and they literally go "Um..." because I think I'm the only person they've come in contact with that does not have a smartphone. I've got a basic flip phone.

    My question is: I'm wanting an iPhone and apparently I need to figure out what data package I want. Can anyone tell me about how many GB's I should start out with or should I just buckle down and get an unlimited plan so I dont have to worry with overages?

    What carrier do you have/plan on having for the iPhone?
