    Just an Update incase anybody else runs into this problem. I updated the MB drivers from their site instead of using the drivers that XP gives you. While the driver was the same version, when going through the install, it did give me an option to update my EIDE part of the drivers, once I did this last friday I have had no problems at all booting into Windows.
