Parcells to Detroit per Clayton

I think Detroit messed up big-time not firing Mourningwheg (name misspelled on purpose) and going after Parcells.

 

I think the idea is that if they start out 0-3 again, he'll get canned and Maurice Carthon will be named coach....the offense and defense won't then change which is important for harrington's development.

 

Carthon deserves a shot...but he'd need a good coordinator as he doesn't call the plays, does he?

 

Morningwood calls the plays, which is something he should give serious consideration to giving up.

if he were fired, my guess would be Ty Detmer would call the plays...he's supposabley a WCO offense guru.
