Paper or Plastic Update (Warner)

Well, all kidding aside, I hate this guy had such a suck ass year and is now on injured reserve. He was a champion and a great guy... I don't think he'll have to bag groceries now thats for sure, probably make it to stock clerk or assistant manager.

I think Warner gets his $6mil bonus, but then gets traded to Washington or Dallas. I don't think the Panthers are in the top 10 list of teams he wants to play for though, but that's okay by me.

 

yep, its easy to say looking back, but he came in at the Rams peak, IMO. Some things happened for him early and the deeeeeep pass was there. things were clicking.

I'm just taking a WAG (wild ass guess) here but I think his lack of experience prior is why he was unable to have "career" years the last two years. Bottom line, he may very well be a "one hit wonder" (granted more than 1 year, but not much).

I'm not sure though... its just my initial thought here...

 

I think it falls some where in between the addage (the system or the player) He makes good throws most of the time but having all those weapons doesn't hurt. No way I want him at his current price along with our lack of weapons
