Young had an excellent completion %.
It would have been lower if he had thrown the ball away instead of taking the sacks.

Watching Stroud light up the Steelers is salt in the wound.

I've been cutting Reich a ton of slack this year but today was rough. Not necessarily the playcalling, because I'm not sure what you can call when your line can't block anyone, but game management was an F minus. He looked like George Seifert blowing into lifesavers during that final possession.

Panthers are not a well oiled machine by any stretch.
Not sure what the "all world" coaching ensemble is for but.....

Bryce might be a computer on legs, running the RPO does not seem to be his forte. Multiple times he should have pulled the ball back but handed off to RB with 3 purple jerseys waiting.

    Oline is very, very bad
D is shot full of holes
No secondary now at all, so I would trade CJ Henderson to Buffalo since they lost a starting CB for season.

Street guys can cover and tackle as well

And to top it all, Bryce Young crying at end of game? That will certainly rally the troops

My Tepper Fails Detector should have been sounding off louder over this. None of these coaches have a background in the same system.

I did blast the team for interviewing assistants before hiring a head coach. That should have been enough of a red flag from a process standpoint, but I think I overestimated Reich's ability to pull it all together.

The motivation behind the Thomas Brown hire has always felt sketch to me. It's like Tepper was trying to throw a bone to the people who were mad about Wilks getting fucked over.

How long before Tepper realizes Reich is a mistake. Trading McCaffery and drafting Young was mistake. This team sucks. Seifert's team would beat this team.

I'm further convinced Tepper does not care about winning. He wants the franchise to be total shit so the city won't negotiate a new stadium deal and he will move the team.
