    Losing Foster hurt more than I even expected, though I never thought Goings was going to make everything ok.

    Even before Goings gave himself a concussion when he shot his head into Tatupu's, he wasnt bouncing shit outside. He stubbornly ran into the designated spot regardless of where the defenders were.

    At this point, if we can sign Foster to something modest, Im all for it, but if Davis doesnt return at a low low price, Im looking for another back anyways.

    Even as bad as we all feel right now this sure beats going 7-9 again. It sure beats losing at home to the Saints with the playoffs on the line.

    We are still a player or two away. We need something on offense more than just Smith.

    No way of knowing but I don't believe Foster would have made a difference. Jake paid poorly, Smith was blanketed, and no one else stepped up. I think we should have went downfield more often once we saw we couldn't get the ball to Smith. Defense didn't tackle. I think the team had nothing left after the last several games.

    Yeah, no way of knowing, and perhaps youre right. I will say though, early, Goings didnt bounce a single run. He ran into asses. Foster is a guy nmore likely to run where there are no defenders, and pick up a few more yards, and maybe pick up a first down.

    Youre right though, they played lights out, and Foster probably would only have made a small difference, the net result still being the same. A fucking blow out.

    First of ALL the Reason we Lost is do to JAKE You take 3INT away and we win the fucking Game.We need a new QB.We need a new O coach that don't have the some game plan every fucking week.keep Spoon Get a Fucking WR keep Foster.And get a new O coach and D coach you can't play that bad in a big time playoff game this was by far the worst ever game play by the cat's:banginghe

    Before the playoffs I got into an argument with someone at another message board (shocker) over the Seahawks. That person was trashing them, but I said I thought they'd win the Superbowl. *sigh*
