Tonight‘s game showed how good our defense should be. It also shows how talented they are. I don’t want to be that cunt yelling for Ron’s head in week 15, but I don’t see this working anymore.

The way everything was managed right before halftime falls directly on Ron Rivera. That’s where razor close games like this are lost.

I don’t wanna hear anything about Olsen being missed. He’s been declining for a while. There is no excuse for this level of unforced inefficiency on offense.

I’m not a prisoner of the moment, and I honestly didn’t feel we’d win this game. We had their offense completely befuttled DESPITE zero offensive or special teams contributions. I’m going to focus on how great the defense played, and the effort with which they played it. I’m also going to understand our quarterback hasn’t been able to practice for weeks. I feel it’s been completely missed managed during the week leading up to games, even more so during games.

Six straight losses. Five straight losses essentially clinched by turnovers on downs.

 

No passes downfield at all. None.
