Gettleman is better than Hurney, but he's also horrible, and is my least favorite Panther employee of all time.

Hurney destroyed the roster, but he was a selfless worker who poured his heart and soul into the organization. He literally worked for free at the end. He was never a power-hungry asshole with an agenda. I'd buy Hurney a drink any day. I wouldn't buy Gettleman half an aspirin if his fat fucking ass was having a heart attack.

I think it's too early to say Gettleman is better. Hurney fucked up our financial situation, yes. It's easy to come in and let people go like Gettleman did. It's harder to restock, and he hasn't done that even a little. All he's done...ALL he's done is hit on the Star pick, and the Short pick.

Everyone else has been terrible, and what he's done so far is tear apart a playoff team and re sign a coach who is giving us the worst team in the league.

I think in the future we may be shocked at how bad Gettleman really was.

Gross on radio just blamed Gettleman.

Said Shula is doing ok, the biggest problem is that we're limited on players and we have young guys playing that aren't ready yet. Roster construction.

Distraction Steve Smith is 7th in yards in the NFL.

Kelvin, his replacement, drops TDs and sucks. I wish we hadn't drafted the piece of shit. He's terrible.

The silver lining is that in addition to being pretty old, Gettleman won't ruin the cap like Hurney did. I don't think it's possible for him to be worse than Marty, but he's pretty hideous, both professionally and personally, and I'll be thrilled when his time as GM is up.

The answer is on the roster, if the question was "how can I take the team from 12-4 to 4-12?".

That was the worst performance by an OT I think I have ever seen, in an NFL game. And at my age, that is a lot of games. But it's not his fault.

Cam is really bad, Benjamin is scaring me, JR needs to clean house again from top to bottom, and go with them.

Benjamin is unlike any WR I've ever seen. He seamlessly alternates between looking like Calvin Johnson and Todd Pinkston. He's unbelievably inconsistent. He's that golfer who can shoot 63 one day and 85 the next.

Kelvin can fuck himself. He's run out of good will. He pretty much just fucking stinks now. I couldn't give a shit if we cut him at this point. He's just another part of the bullshit problem. Does a whole lot more bad than he does good.

You don't cut one of your only talented young players. You just stop targeting him as much. Olsen needs to be your money guy in the redzone. Even Cotchery and Avant are probably more reliable choices down there.

He looks like a golfer who plays most of the day from the woods but every now and then pulls off an unbelievable shot.
