Maybe Wright as well. I'm not sure how much he plays, but he does make them at key moments.

 

Could even be a Byrd sighting not associated with special teams.

The Ravens throw the shit out of the football. Without really following them, my impression was that they are a balanced offense that matches run plays with play action passes. Not at all. They are second in the league in pass attempts only to Indianapolis.

 

Wright is a under appreciated chain mover for sure. Seems like a slightly more athletic Berson. Who I never hated as much as a lot of fans. We need a guy like that.

I like Wright. I'm not sure why he has to be pigeonholed to slot receiver, either. He has the speed to serve as an outside deep threat.

 

I think it might be that we need someone in the slot on 3rd down i can be an easy read for cam to make the completion. But im not sure he does seem to be good enough to play outside.

 

I think I'd rather have Funchess working inside in those situations. This team still needs to find it's deep threat. We've run into the same problem we ran into about this time last year.

 

Pretty good stuff from a Ravens fan if you can ignore the generic hip-hop beat.
