I hear Trump is gonna be at the game.....

 

Last year I heard that DJ Johnson's selection was heavily influenced by Morgan, so I will be watching him closely. If he does well I'm going to feel a whole lot better about this year's draft. He's listed as a starting pass rusher with Wonnum out and that could be concerning.

With all the injuries at TE, Ja'Tavion Sanders is going to get a lot of playing time. That should be entertaining, especially if he catches several nice balls while shitting the bed as a blocker. If that happens, then a ton of low information fans are going to be wondering why he isn't the starter.

It will be fun to see Trevin Wallace "flying around" like we keep getting told. I'm betting he gets a bunch of tackles but isn't really anything special.

TMJ is going into his last year on his rookie contract, and I will honestly be surprised if he's on the roster opening day. But after all we've heard about Mingo in Training Camp, I really look forward to seeing if that hype is justified.

Solid OL play is another thing I really hope to see. I want to see a good running game, and hope that Plummer has plenty of time in the pocket. Is Corbett playing? I hope he is, and I hope we don't notice him. And I hope Zavala plays and shows massive improvement over last year. He wasn't ready then, but he's got the measurables to be really good.

Finally, I'm really interested in seeing if Blackshear can do anything with the new kickoff rules. It just looks like if a returner can get past the first wave, they're all but gone. He's got the skill to do that...

Oline has been suspect during camp, so let's see if we can open a hole or two for the RB's.

With only 3rd and 4th string QB's playing, I have my doubts about grading WR's, although I would love TMJ to ball out so we can trade him

mostly, I will be sitting in the dry and glad the game is not in Charlotte

 

TMJ could go for 300 yards receiving and still not bring in a 2026 7th rounder. This year is it for him if he doesn't suddenly get a lot better.
