    how much are they paying out for constantly hurt folks and suspended doods? 1/3 of the cap, I'd imagine.

    in other words, how much of the cap are they paying doods to not play?

    A shit ton, were even paying Beason and Smitty to play in other states. Were even paying retirees.

    Looks like both of their starting CBs will be missing the game. One had limited practice and one didn't practice at all this week

    Newton expects WR Kelvin Benjamin to play against the Packers, but mentions that only one Panthers’ player has been cleared to play the same week he went into concussion protocol since 2011.
