Listening to Jake talk/cry during his Honor dinner speech you can tell the 5 interception, 1 fumble game still eats at him.
It doesn`t eat him up or anything, but you can still tell he knew he let his team mates down that game.
That`s the kind of dude he appears to be though. He is proud of what he has been able to do for his family, but you can tell he wanted more for his on the field family.
When Jake was playing I always felt there was a chance for a win and that feeling wasn`t there for most of the team`s QBs.
The thing that stood out most, to me, during the speeches was Gross talking about Rodney Peete.
Him saying that Peete didn`t want to be a football player said tons.

 

Is little dealing with the same concussion shit from the beginning, or did he get another one?

Is it just me, or is allen getting the guys in and out of the huddle and lined up way before his 15 sec mic cuttoff most every snap and able to spend a few secs readingvthe def?

Not bashing cam here. But why is it he seems to always be pushing it to the last sec and wasting more than one time out per game either simply dragging up to the line and or waiting for the call?

Or is it just my imagination as mick would claim?

If not, what's the deal?

 

The tempo has been better. Not running the read option has helped galvanize the offensive line. They’ve made a real effort to get him out of the huddle with about 18 seconds each play.
