    One thing I do like about Tepper is the manner in which we treat our team legends and departing team members. All of the stuff we did with Ron on Wednesday was absolute class. It's quite a contrast to how John Fox was frozen out by JR, and then gave his farewell presser from a broom closet in Atlanta.

    It's a nice gesture, but if they love him so much, they shouldn't have quit on him while he was still here. The front seven in particular simply threw in the towel over the last three weeks. Some of these guys are already making business decisions.
