probably starters a quarter, seconds through the half into mid-3rd depending on how they do, then thirds.

I would be shocked if the starters play more than one series

I still think Losman has something. They paid too much, probably got him too early, and played him too early, but he had some flashes last year. Not enough, no, but some flashes.

I'm guessing they get two. Off chance they get three if the first two are 3 and out, but the only sure things in the offense are Jake and Smitty, Smitty won't play, and it'd be nice to get a little game timing with Key. OL should start the half.

Losman licks donkey snatch. Always has, always will. And I'm pretty interested simply because our second string guys should be interesting. First preseason games are usually a letdown just because the starters play for a series or two, but we've got some people worth looking at behind them.

Losman was the only rated QB in 2005 to complete less than 50% of his passes. Yeah, he did show a few moments, but he needs to become a far more consistant quarterback and stop locking onto receivers.

definitely needs to happen. He's not consistent at all. And with a new staff there, I doubt he'll be there more than another year.

Hartwig & Mathis too. Hoping, expecting really, that by week 1 we'll see a much improved line over last year's.
