So, yes, this season sucks dog cock, but Tepper needs to stick with Reich. You can't keep starting over every two years. Give it time for once. I'm not loving this shift into a pass first, finessee offense, but you've made that choice, so butt out and let the professionals steer you there. It takes longer than a few months to make that transition, and it probably involves a comprehensive offensive line rebuild in the offseason. Bozeman, Icky, and Corbett are still good players, but they don't fit that approach at all.

The stuff that made Bryce Young the consensus (yes, the consensus) #1 pick still exists. You can see it. If Jack Sanborn doesn't make one of the best LB plays of the year, Carolina is probably in overtime at minimum. Give him a line that can pass block and something other than a middle aged slot receiver to catch passes, and I think you'll see more of the good stuff.

Defense is playing amazing considering the amount of injuries on that side. That's three straight games of giving up under 20 points with shit like Booty, Alex Cook, and Deion Jones' corpse playing heavy snaps. This team's awful record might keep Evero around for another year, which is nice.

Again, this shit sucks, but you have to give it time.

For the fans of the team it's just time to buy the best lube and deal with it.
    It is what it is.

I hate rhule and don't trust him but this statement confirms my biases so:

If you told me, ‘Hey we’ve got two years (to win),’” Rhule said, “then we’re going to do things in two years. If you tell me, ‘Hey, I want this to be built for the long haul over four or five years, then we’re going to build slowly through the draft and we’re going to make good financial decisions.’ And you know, if it’s, ‘Hey, you have to win this year,’ you probably don’t let Stephon Gilmore and Haason Reddick go.’ ... If you’re going to try to win in two years, you’d probably have a big blockbuster trade, you’d probably trade up in the draft, you probably would have paid some high-priced free agent.”

I don't think frank gets year 3 or all of year 2 as tepper tries to 'spark' the team.

Also notable is the big draft day trade appears to be an idea tepper had for a while.

I just can't understand why most all continue to complain about the one thing that won't change.
    Tepper.
All the complaints and nothing can be done about that.
No one can go to Tepper and tell him to back off and let the football people try to do their job.
Stay out of the war room on draft day. Stop interfering in day to day football decisions.
He made his money by being reactive in a business he knows about. That won't work in a place he knows little about.

All we do here is complain about things that won't change. Our collective bitching didn't get fox to play dw over a dying foster. It didn't get them to give cam a real receiving threat outside of Olsen. It certainly didn't get any of the terrible OCs fired.

Here's the the thing though bitching means we still care. When it goes quiet people have quit and likely in a way that's hard to get them back.

I think all your complainers have forgotten how Tepper has changed the Panthers, things are actually looking up

Quite the contrary. They all will change and all a lot sooner than the owner will change.
