I think we are waiting to see what he has to say first. I dont normally listen to that show unless I am in the car. But I will be streaming this today to see what he has to say.

Accoring to Pac, Marty reached out to him and wanted to come on the show. Might have been an order from JR...I dunno. Either way, it is good to know that they aren't trying to run and hide.

Its pretty out of character. Still doubt he'll say anything too revealing.

    Forecast -

99% chance of positive fluffy spin with isolated chance of light information in some areas.

1% chance of any significant news that is not already speculated or known.

Now I’ll a tee-shirt if anyone is stepping down or being fired, or if Jake is voiding his extension immediately following his next multiple turnover game, or anything close to that shocking . ..

Things I took out of it:

They absolutely did not consider signing Vick. They didn't consider drafting Flacco in last year's draft.

    It is what it is.

he commented on Peppers saying you build through the draft, and although Peppers said he doesnt want to be here, thats not the way he acts around the team.

he said jakes deal isnt for $20M as has been said all around, that its for much less, referenced a article in rock hill saying that was pretty accurate portrayal of the contract.

he said the everette brown deal wasnt because of peppers. i wished i would have heard more on this since (based on 1 game) it looks like it could be very costly.

i was at work so i was listening off and on and missed the last two segments, including him taking questions from callers.

the callers were much more polite than usual...probably heavily prescreened.

gotta give it to packman though, he persisted with some of his questions...he only kissed ass at the beginning, thanking him for coming, etc, but didnt totally puss out with the questioning.
