    On Goings: Doesn't it seem that (historically speaking) he is a better RB when he gets more carries?

    Not really angling for anything, just seems he develops a feel for things the more touches he gets, ala last year. Appears we're going to need him to be a regular contributor down the stretch.

    Plays like that are a symptom of two things:

    1. WR's not getting open, or better put no one other than Smith stepping up.

    2. Jake's inability to see anyone other than Smith...checkdown.

    Goings can do allright with more carries, but I don't think there's that much of a correlation. He certainly has more ypc as a starter than a backup, since he's never done that much as a backup, but I don't know what that says definitively.
