You guys better get used to Fasani...He was one or their drafted players and he is LOVED by the coaching staff. I have no idea why, though! HE SUCKS!

I think your fears are going to come true. We will probably draft a QB. We will probably also either resign Peete or bring in a free agent. That will mean we will have a depth chart like this:

    1. Peete/Free Agent
    2. Drafted QB
    3. Fasani

We need all the help we can get on offense. There is not position on offense that we are strong. Any player we bring in on offense if probably a good idea as long as we don't over pay for him.

as long as that drafted QB comes outa the first couple rounds i could live with it. don't like the idea at all though of Peete being our starting QB. hope we sign aother FA.

don't agree at all that Grant is a liability. he's a heckuva athlete and seemed to make great strides this season. he was a huge force in the last NO game. will be all-pro within a couple of seasons.

could use help at strong safety in my opinion, though Minter is a little like Hoover. love his attitude. but we need more speed there. however, not a priority.

    agreed.

Winslow was pretty awesome looking. where is he projected to get drafted?

If Ragone makes it to the second we need to make sure we secure his services. He's a good QB who played on a team void of other players on offense. A LJ, Ragone combo in the first 2 rounds would be great IMO.

I don't see Ragone lasting that long but who knows?

  5. Sorry but you got to wait another year for Winslow...he was only a true soph this past year.

Which means he can now come out. I'd take Winslow above Witten hands down. He was unbelievable the other night. He'd be a lock as a first round pick.

  7. A true soph...not a redshirt...you have to be out of high school at least 3 years.

  9. as soon as someone sues the NFL under the equal right act....this rule will be overturned.

  10. I think Clairett's family was looking into the possibility. In all honesty its a good rule because we don't need everybody trying to skip college football for the NFL after 1 or 2 years of college.
