USA Today says some dude and Beasley Reece, but I couldn't remember the network. I thought Beasley is with Fox.

    This was lifted from panthers.com.

    On The Air
Carolina will appear on the CBS television network with the announcing team of play-by-play announcer Craig Bolerjack and game-analyst Beasley Reese.

The Carolina Panthers Radio Network enjoys its fourth season with flagship station WRFX in Charlotte. Bill Rosinski, the Voice of the Panthers, provides the play-by-play with game analysis from former 16-year NFL veteran safety Eugene Robinson. WRFX Sports Director Jim Szoke serves as the color commentator and Mike Craft contributes as the sideline reporter.
