Neat how people wanted to cut Muhammad for a guy fighting for the 5th spot - who'd been injured, couldn't make a team, got a tryout, fainted because of the heat, and then shattered on first contact. Glad we didn't do that.

I am all about keeping Moose if we do not have to over pay to do so.

Wee bit of info on Mccready...

He's an Englishman... went to the states when he was five, came back to the UK abotu 12ish then played some junior football here.

Went back to states at 15 and played US College football.

Signed with the Patriots and got a superbowl ring in their 'first' (of recent memory) run.

Came to Europe and played lights out for a couple of games then his productivity dropped...

    Back to Pats...

Back to Europe this year where he played lights out all season, won a bunch of awards and led the league in receptions.

its worth noting that the Claymores had pretty poor quarterbacks this year and he was the ONLY guy getting balls, really seemed like a Go To type in NFL EU.. Dont think he has the top speed for a deep threat, but has really good hands and positioned his body well for some real nice catches this season.

I would put money on him making the practice squad at the very least - NFL is creating some new practice squad slots for non-american players this year.

Even if the doesnt make the regular team (and he *could*), He's one of the top non-american players out there.

He'll be our fan fave WR this year. There's always one no name guy that seems to light it up but doesn't go anywhere with it after camp... I'm gonna predict its him.
