    Having a QB helps, tremendously. That said, he wont have to move to goto NYJ.

    He'll have the opportunity to get his QB in the draft, either Geno or Glennon. And he'll get to hire his coach. If Ross lands in Charlotte, he may not change either. And NY does have some talent.

    We have our franchise QB. And decent talent overall. But we have some big holes on both lines and we're deep in salary cap hell. Ross won't have the pressure here that he will in NY if he goes, but if he's ready he's ready.
