    Spending wildly and not having money for immediate needs is not the smartest strategy, and far as I can tell we're not front loading enough of this money either.

    Jesus Christ, seriously? Hurney gave that contract to a guy coming off of two knee surgeries? Holy shit. I was ok with the extension because I thought for sure he would have been signed at a major discount. A $7 million signing bonus and $8 million roster bonus in 2012 along with those base salaries is fucking insane. God damn it.
