I've done it. Lost 20 lbs in the 90 days. To me, the most difficult part is finding an hour or so every day. But if you can make the committment, it works. You'll get leaner, stronger, and more flexible.

I have the manuals in excel and pdf if anyone is interested. It is important to keep track of your progress and the excel sheet helped me do that much easier than writing everything down. Just shoot me a PM with an email address and I will shoot them over to you.

I was maxing out on the leg press tonight, and I let out the loudest fart of my life. People heard it, and laughed. What can you do? It's like being caught by Chris Hansen, you just have to smile and take ownership of it.

I'm just glad it wasn't a shart. That was my biggest fear, at first. You can sort of recover from a fart. Shitting yourself is pretty catastrophic.

It's only been 2 days. I'm sore! The diet is the easy part for sure.

Chest/Back was easy since I've been doing those exercises for a while.... But Plyometrics kicked my butt. I don't think I've ever sweat that much.... And for anyone that knows me, that's an impressive amount of sweat. Reminded me of conditioning exercises we did when I played football.
