    I'm digging our staff.

    Hurney is a product of Bobby Breathersdedssds and Joe Gibbs.
    Fox is a product of Chuck Knoll.

    These guys squeaked out 7 wins, with a #2 defense that had 2 rejects on the corners, one new LB, and one new DE that was suspended for four games, 3 of which we won.


    Fox and Hurney both adamantly stuck by Henning. They both feel that the offensive play calling was part of an overall game plan that would leave the game to this team's strength - the defense.

    Now the real test comes. They won more games than we thought. What will happen to the offense? I'm not expecting a big stat offense, but a top 15 would be nice. I think it's necessary. I think we need to average more yards per carry for the RB's, our average was low 3's. I think that may come in the form of the O-line.

    Whatever, it's GOT to get better. If they blame the lack of productivity not on Henning, but on personell and execution, then there won't be ANY excuses after this year. They've got the cap space to make ADDITIONS instead of SUBTRACTIONS. They've had a full year to evaluate strengths and weaknesses. Time to buck up, people. We gotta put more points on the board.

    True, meat, so true. Man, they were at "Panther Talk" together last night and you can sense a powerful meshing of philosophy and execution.

    I didn't think much of Hurney when Richardson promoted him...thought it was just a "figurehead" so Mark could stay in charge. Wrong. Marty's got what it takes.

    They know what they're doing...
