    You can eat fast food if you are careful about it. Most sandwiches are under 500 calories so if you do not eat any fries you are not doing badly. Get a diet soda and a side salad and you are eating a decent meal.

    I don't think skipping meals is generally a good idea. If I skip one, I'm famished by time for the next one, & usually eat too much too fast.

    It's hard getting the "regular meals" thing going, though. Always trying to hurry to get more done in less time. But I want to, & am trying to, make it a habit to relax & eat slowly & savor what I eat at fairly regular times. I think that will pay off eventually. If I always feel deprived, I won't make any lasting changes.

    I don't just want to get skinnier for awhile. I want to change my whole lifestyle to a healthier one.

    It's Friday. Which means happy hour at the Reel Cafe. Imma gonna drink lots of cheap beer and eat lots of cheap shrimp. Is that bad?:woohoo:

    Down to 188 and that was with two suppers last night one at 7 and one at 11:30.

    My first full week of my diet has went very well. I have lost 8 pounds :satana:
    I am down from 222 to 214. I know some of that is water weight but still it is a good start.
