went to the doc today and I am now at 168. I didn't reach the size 30 pants I was wanting to get to but 245 to 168 is something I am proud of. Took me over a year and half but I'm here.
Next goal is to quit smoking :satana:

    168!?

Damn son you are gonna blow away.

I hate to think how many pounds I would need to lose to get there. I'd be happy with 190.

Down to 174.5. Something happened and I'm not sure what. Must've unlodged a four year old turd.

    Anywho, 4.5 to go.

    Better late then never?

I don't stumble into the H&M board very often, but this thread caught my eye (a year to late)

I was active in the triathlon circuit up until I ended the 2004 season with a stress fracture in my foot. I pretty much let myself go to shit since then and put on about 35 lbs.

I feel really good competing at about 205lbs. I'm up around 240 right now. I need to get back to about 195 right now and then add back some muscle to get to my comfort zone. then maybe start racing again.

I did dust off the bike this past weekend, and put in a pretty serious hike on Saturday.

My trainer (she's an RN) recommended this supplement called "Hoodia" it's all legal and natural, she said she is having some really good personal results with it, and judging by her better then ever curves I have to agree.

I'll update my results as I go.
