I'm day 5 of Atkins/South Beach. The first couple of days were hard, but now I really have to force myself to eat - to get the protein in my body. I'm not weighing myself since I don't have a scale, but I just want to see a difference in my clothes. I'm hoping by the end of October to have to go and buy some new jeans/pants for the fall.

Hey coop, I lost 15 pounds in a month doing the Atkins diet. The hardest thing was no bread. But I have never been on a diet where the weight just flew off of me. Just say no to bread. That will be your downfall. And donuts. Mmmmm, donuts. Imma gonna go have a donut. brb.

I did the SB Diet, and after I lost 10, I started cheating a little... Then a little more... Then a little more. Now I'm stuck. I'm trying to get going again, but can't.

20 pounds gone in 6 weeks. Joined the gym with my son so I have an incentive to go. I can't wait to see what changes I'll make by my birthday.
