    I don't know why he didn't take the job 3 years ago, but why he did not take it is immaterial. The fact is that this is the ONLY job that he would have left Kansas for. I do not believe that he would leave the UNC for any other job, do you? If so please let me know which one it is. You stated that people would be able to use this move against him in recruiting, but given the above logic, he isn't going anywhere - unless he's fired.

    No. he said he wasn't talking about anything until after the Final 4 was over. Unamed sources (who were full of shit) speculated he was considering the UCLA job.
