    the newest selection: "East of Eden" by John Steinbeck. This surprised me but impressed me that she went with an older book instead of a new one by an author no one's ever heard of. I may have to read it....

    I'm surprised also. That she's picked a GOOD book. Those Toni Morrison books were just dumb!

    Did you ever see when Oprah tried to pull off that movie "Beloved" well the books were just as dumb.
