Any ideas how this will go?

    Giants or 49'ers?

What do you people in the know say?

    Putt obviously knows his stuff.

Jeremy Shockey has a lot of potential.

I'm actually taking the Giants in an upset.

Shockey is one reason. And I think Tiki will have a big game.

9ers have a history of slow starts. I think they will be a bit stiff opening day.

Collins, if you can get to him with a pass rush, is not an effective QB, and is apt for turnovers. However, to disagree with the ESPN guys, the 9er weakness is pass rush. Solid linebackers, good secondary, two good DTs in the middle. Good vs the run and in coverage. Pass rush, eh???? No. At least not last year. Carter could step up. Who knows. But until I see it, ain't there.

Putt's right... Niners always seem to come outta the gate rusty... during their glory years that wouldn't have mattered... but they aren't QUITE the same team... NY is strong enough to beat them

ESPN says 49ers over Giants in a run away ! *I'll therefore take the Giants since RESPN doesn't know it's ass from a hole in the ground.

An Old COOT PULLING FOR THE GIANTS !!!

49ers will crush the Giants. TO gets 2 TDs. Hopefully Garrison Hearst runs wild (fantasy #3 RB :D ) Tom Collins throws a couple of picks too. [IMG]
