    For someone who doesn't give squat about state of the art, per se, is the Olypus 2 megapixel digital camera w/2.5x digital zoom for $129.99 (new) a good buy? I just want something that'll take good pictures, and that I can upload to my computer for email & web sites, such as tbr.

    All educated opinions are welcome; even the uneducated ones.:D

    2.0 is fine for viewing on your monitor or emailing. You can even get decent 4x6 prints off of it if you use the high res.

    Bang for your buck, that sounds like a pretty good deal.

    At Best Buy. I saw the ad in the am paper.
    BTW their prices look better than Curcuit City. 'Course, I couldn't compare same brands, but did compare same styles (pixels, Olympus vs. Nikon).
