    whew. just got an e-mail from him:

    Have been real sick, in the hospital twice in a three week period. almost didn't make it the last time. but am finally back up and around again. Just in time to see the Panthers make the playoffs !!!

    Thanks Larry. I don't know why, but I been worried.

    Glad the Old Coot is up and around again, and that's right, they are going to the play-offs!
