Should have been replaced by Auburn, Texas, or even Cal. At least Cal took USC down to the wire. OU couldn't even hang for 1 quarter.

I don't know, the way USC is playing I don't think anyone could have hung with them tonight. I wasn't impressed with Auburn last night and Utah or Boise St. wouldn't have been worse than Oklahoma tonight, but wouldn't have been better. I think it's just about how good USC is, not about who was playing them.

yeah, Leinart has made some insanely good passes tonight, and those guys have made some great catches. That defense is fast as hell too, I never would have believed they'd shut down Peterson.

From what I've seen Utah would have given USC the best game

    WE NEED A FUCKING PLAYOFF!

Yeah, Utah might have been able to at least slow down USC's offense. FUCK THE BCS

They could play this game next week and the results could be very different. Every break in the game went USC's way the whole night. Seen OU play quite a few times this year. That team didn't show up tonight.

Didn't someone say the Pac-10 was overrated? I think I heard that somewhere.

Auburn would have given them a game.

Not just the Pac-10, but specifically USC. I think I remember some VA Tech fan saying something but can't remember exactly what it was...

This VT fan was pretty much with you all year as far as the Pac-10 goes. That was for 26. And to help Mags out (see Cal). ASU wasn't bad either. Cal just didn't show up at the Holiday Bowl.

And, yeah, Auburn probably would've been the better opponent. Our game with them was not as close as that score suggests.
